We provide medical consultation coordination, expert matching, travel arrangement assistance, and medical interpretation services. We do NOT provide direct medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. All medical decisions are made by licensed healthcare professionals at partner hospitals.

2. Service Boundaries

Our services are strictly limited to coordination and facilitation. We act as a bridge between international patients and medical institutions, and do not engage in any medical practice activities.

3. Pricing & Payment

All service fees are clearly listed in the Service Quotation Confirmation before engagement. Medical treatment costs are charged directly by hospitals. We do not add hidden charges.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best coordination service, treatment outcomes are subject to individual medical conditions and are determined by healthcare providers. We are not liable for medical treatment results.
